In a nutshell, Dash Timer's fitness app will never attempt to gain or store any information about its users. Unless you contact us directly and explicitly share information with us, NO ONE at Dash Timer will have access to your information. We are selling a product in exchange for currency. Not your data. It's as easy as that.

What is Personal Information and how might we collect it from you?

'Personal Information' is information or an opinion that identifies you as an individual.

Dash Timer will not attempt to obtain or record any Personal Information.

If you contact us directly for any reason, we may keep a copy of that correspondence. No other information will be taken or used by Dash Timer in any way. The workout feature in Dash Timer's fitness app will ask to connect to Apple Health. It is necessary for Dash Timer's application to be able to read and write Health Data in Apple Health. However, this data is heavily encrypted by Apple and will NEVER be accessible by those of us at Dash Timer.

If you use Facebook or Google services, you may have seen an Ad for Dash Timer. This means you have previously consented to give Facebook or Google access to information that might have led to your recommendation of Dash Timer. Unless you "like" or comment on an ad, no one at Dash Timer will be able to see who received these recommendations.

Sensitive Information

Sensitive information is defined in the US Privacy Act (1974) to include information or opinion about such things as an individual's racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, membership of a political association, religious or philosophical beliefs, membership of a professional body, criminal records or health information.

Dash Timer will not attempt to obtain or record any sensitive information.

Disclosure of Personal Information:

We will not sell, trade, rent or disclose any of the personal information you provide to us for any reason, without your prior consent. Otherwise, your Personal Information will only be disclosed where required by law.

Security of Personal Information:

Any personal information you disclose through direct contact (phone call, e-mail, etc.) is stored in a manner that reasonably protects it from misuse, loss, unauthorized access, modification or disclosure. We don't guarantee website links or policy of authorized third parties and you access those sites at your own risk.

Dash Timer does not track your movement around the web and does not collect any other 'Non-Personal' Information.
